why this exists

Nine notes. Fifteen months. Meeting in the morning.

Family caregivers get multi-document packets hours before a care-system meeting. Re-reading everything is the failure mode. Structure the pile. Leave the bodies out of the public tree.

Synthetic triage

A runnable ADA-ish scorer on invented visit notes. Stdlib. No network. Fixtures are fake people on purpose.

Scrubbed metrics

One live packet, file-timestamp proof only: counts, sizes, scores, wall clock. No names. No snippets. No hashes of the real PDFs.

Legal names, MRNs, visit text, synthesis bodies, screenshots — never commit. Agents do not walk medical storage “for context.”

Not a PTSD product. Not a clinical decision system. Not a certified Section 508 auditor. A human still signs off.

Staging earlier in the afternoon is not five hours of compute. Idle is idle. Bodies of the synthesis and the brief stay outside this repository.

how it came to be

The packet arrived. The meeting was in the morning.

Home-lab caregiving work kept hitting the same wall: a stack of multi-page notes, not enough hours, and agents that would cheerfully commit the chart if you let them.

A.I.D.A. grew as prepare-only structure between raw intake and audit. This public lab freezes a scrubbed production story so the next session does not rediscover the problem by walking medical storage.

4–5 August 2026 — live nine-PDF first pass, local-only, ~19 minutes extract to brief. Early August 2026 — public lab with synthetic fixtures. 12 August 2026 — v0.1.0. 16 August 2026 — this page.

Future public extracts (ada-doc-check, plain-language-relay) can ship without clinical bodies. This repo feeds them honesty, not a substitute product.
